All directives issued by Commander-in-Chief Imam Mujtaba Khamenei to the senior commanders of the Armed Forces

1. Immediate and effective response to every enemy threat: Every level and type of potential enemy threat must be met with an immediate and effective response, without geographical limits. The Commander-in-Chief described intelligent combat readiness to confront the enemy with full force as an essential requirement for maximum deterrence.

2. Determining the end of renewed attacks: If the enemies once again launch military or terrorist attacks, the Iranian Armed Forces and the Iranian people will determine the time and circumstances under which those attacks come to an end.

3. Strengthening military intelligence: Reinforce and improve the architecture of military intelligence.

4. Deepening indigenous defence capabilities: Strengthen domestic defence capabilities in two areas: military doctrine and tactics.

5. Developing modern defence and security capabilities: Advance up-to-date defence and security capabilities by making use of new technologies.

6. Strengthening morale and the spirit of jihad: Reinforce the spiritual foundations, morale and jihadist spirit of the Armed Forces.

7. Meeting the needs of Armed Forces personnel: Continue uninterrupted efforts to meet the livelihood needs of military personnel and provide the necessary support to the Armed Forces.

8. Updating the target bank: Update the target bank so that all types of tangible and intangible assets belonging to the American-Zionist enemy are within the reach of the Armed Forces.

9. Strengthening national support for the Armed Forces: Maintain and reinforce public support for the Armed Forces as one of the pillars of deterrence against foreign adversaries of Iran and their domestic agents.

10. Promoting regional unity: Recognise unity among the countries and regions of West Asia as a decisive factor with strategic implications for shaping the new political and security order in the region.

11. Advancing unity among Islamic nations: Work towards greater unity among the peoples and governments of Islamic countries, creating the conditions for the emergence of a new Islamic civilisation.
